It’s a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom semi-detached home, reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling, deck, spa pool, plenty of on-street parking, $300 per week ($1304 pcm) inclusive of bills. The house will be furnished except for your room however I can provide a king single bed if needed. I have a spa pool, outdoor furniture and a pergola that opens and closes. There is a single garage which is in use but plenty of on street parking. You’ll only be living with me, I’m seeking 1 housemate. There are a couple of unfurnished rooms available, but I am only looking for one room to become occupied by the right person - the choice between them is yours. Available bedroom 1 is on the ground floor at the front of the house facing the street with a walk in wardrobe. There is a bathroom next to this room with a communal toilet however the shower would be all yours (the communal toilet can be negotiated if it’s important to you to have it all to yourself). Available bedroom 2 is on the second floor (along with the remaining 2 bedrooms) with a bathroom and bathtub available to only you.
