Wyndham Vale, VIC

Welcome to this lovely 3 bedroom townhouse located in Wyndham Vale! I currently have two unfurnished bedrooms available immediately for $300 per week each, ideally suited to friendly, respectful and reliable long-term housemates. The townhouse is conveniently located near local shops and public transport, making it easy to get around. The home features shared living areas, a kitchen and bathroom, with a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Electricity, gas, water and internet bills will be split evenly between all three housemates. You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easygoing 30-year-old female who works in aged care and babysitting, along with my lovely 7-year-old cat, Pluto. I’m looking for clean, considerate housemates who respect each other’s privacy, maintain shared spaces and pay rent on time. Both rooms are available immediately, and inspections can be arranged. Feel free to message me with a little information about yourself. I’d love to hear from you!
